30 Chairperson of general meeting (1) The chairperson of the body corporate is the chairperson of the general meeting. (2) If the chairperson is unable to act as chairperson of the meeting, the persons present who have the right to vote at the meeting must elect to be chairperson for the meeting a person present at the meeting who: (a) has the right to vote at the meeting; or (b) is the body corporate manager.
