14 Interim resolutions if no quorum (1) If there is no quorum present at the meeting, the meeting may take place, but all resolutions made at the meeting are interim resolutions. (2) An interim resolution becomes a resolution of the committee if it is confirmed at the next committee meeting at which a quorum is present.
