12 Notice of committee meeting (1) The committee member who calls the committee meeting must give written notice of the meeting to each committee member at least 3 working days before the date of the meeting. (2) The notice must specify the date, time and place of the meeting. 13 Quorum at committee meeting A quorum for the committee meeting exists if at least 50% of the committee members are present at the meeting.
