83 Service of documents (1) The body corporate must ensure: (a) a notice specifying the scheme name is displayed at a conspicuous place on the scheme land; and (b) a letterbox clearly marked for receiving postal delivery to the body corporate is located at the place. (2) A document may be served on the body corporate by: (a) placing the document in the letterbox; or (b) prepaid post addressed to the body corporate address.
