58 Approved reinstatement process (1) Damaged scheme land may be reinstated only under a reinstatement process approved under section 59 or 60 (an approved reinstatement process). (2) A reinstatement process is a statement outlining: (a) the steps that must be taken for the reinstatement of damaged scheme land; and (b) any related matters.
