30 Delegation of functions and powers of body corporate (1) The body corporate may, by writing, delegate any of its functions and powers to any of the following: (a) the body corporate manager; (b) the committee, a specified committee member or a specified unit owner. (2) The management module may provide for the delegation (including, for example, the approval and revocation of the delegation).
