sec.33 Existing applications to pay reduced fee
This section applies if— before the commencement, a party had made an application under a repealed provision; and immediately before the commencement, the application had not been decided. From the commencement, the application is taken to have been made under the corresponding provision for the repealed provision and must be decided under the corresponding provision. (sec.33-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, a party had made an application under a repealed provision; and immediately before the commencement, the application had not been decided.
