sec.32 Existing requests for refund of fees
This section applies if— before the commencement, a party had given a registrar a request for refund of fees under the repealed regulation, section 4C; and immediately before the commencement, the request had not been finally dealt with. From the commencement, the request is taken to have been made under section 6 of this regulation. (sec.32-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, a party had given a registrar a request for refund of fees under the repealed regulation, section 4C; and immediately before the commencement, the request had not been finally dealt with. (sec.32-ssec.2) From the commencement, the request is taken to have been made under section 6 of this regulation.
