sec.20 Application of division
This division does not apply to a prisoner to whom section 29 applies. Also, if a relevant person, other than an interpreter, attends 2 or more proceedings on the same day, the amount to be paid to the person for each proceeding must be a reasonable share of the total for all the proceedings.
