sec.14 Fees for Magistrates Courts generally

This part (other than divisions 1 and 3 ) and schedules 2 and 2A apply for Magistrates Courts and set out fees payable in relation to proceedings in a Magistrates Court. See also division 2A , subdivision 2 for working out the amount of particular fees in relation to service and enforcement. A registrar or enforcement officer need not pay a fee mentioned in schedule 2 or 2A .
