[Section 19 Substituted by No. 109 of 1993, s. 9 ][Section 19 Amended by No. 15 of 2013, s. 31, Applied:20 Jun 2013] Division 3 of Part 5 of the Gaming Control Act 1993 does not authorize the operator to give an exclusion order that prevents the master, a ship's officer or a member of the ship's crew from entering or remaining in a gaming area in the course of that person's duty as master, ship's officer or a member of a ship's crew.
