sec.63 Duty to act honestly and in good faith
A trustee has a duty, in administering a trust, to act honestly and in good faith— if the trust is a charitable trust—to further the purposes of the trust; or otherwise—for the benefit of the beneficiaries of the trust.
- (a) if the trust is a charitable trust—to further the purposes of the trust; or
- (b) otherwise—for the benefit of the beneficiaries of the trust.
