sec.60 Duty of professional trustees
This section applies to a trustee if the trustee is a professional trustee. The trustee has a duty, in administering a trust, to exercise the care, diligence and skill that a prudent person engaged in the trustee’s profession, business or employment would exercise in managing the affairs of other persons.
