sec.55 Persons dealing with custodian trustee
A person dealing with a custodian trustee— is not required to inquire about— any direction of the managing trustees about the dealing; or whether the managing trustees have agreed to the dealing; and is not affected by notice of the fact the managing trustees have not agreed to the dealing.
- (a) is not required to inquire about— (i) any direction of the managing trustees about the dealing; or (ii) whether the managing trustees have agreed to the dealing; and
- (i) any direction of the managing trustees about the dealing; or
- (ii) whether the managing trustees have agreed to the dealing; and
- (b) is not affected by notice of the fact the managing trustees have not agreed to the dealing.
