sec.52 Liability of managing trustees for acts and omissions of custodian trustee

This section applies if a custodian trustee does an act, or makes an omission, under a direction of the managing trustees mentioned in section 50 (1) or (2) . The managing trustees are liable for the act done, or the omission made, as if it were the managing trustees’ own act or omission. This section applies subject to an express contrary intention in the trust instrument.
