sec.301 Definition for division
In this division— relevant period means the period— starting on the commencement of the Criminal Proceeds Confiscation and Other Acts Amendment Act 2009 , section 84 ; and ending immediately before the commencement of this section.
- (a) starting on the commencement of the Criminal Proceeds Confiscation and Other Acts Amendment Act 2009 , section 84 ; and
- (b) ending immediately before the commencement of this section.
