sec.300 Application of pt 13 to funds and trusts established before commencement
For section 212, definition prescribed trust , it does not matter whether— the ancillary fund mentioned in paragraph (a) of the definition was established before or after the commencement; or the trust mentioned in paragraph (b) of the definition was established before or after the commencement. This section does not limit section 3(1). (sec.300-ssec.1) For section 212, definition prescribed trust , it does not matter whether— the ancillary fund mentioned in paragraph (a) of the definition was established before or after the commencement; or the trust mentioned in paragraph (b) of the definition was established before or after the commencement. (sec.300-ssec.2) This section does not limit section 3(1).
