sec.299 Existing proceedings in relation to charitable trusts

This section applies in relation to a proceeding under the repealed Act, section 106 that was started, but not finally decided, before the commencement. The repealed Act continues to apply in relation to the proceeding, and the proceeding must be heard and decided, as if this Act had not been enacted.
