sec.282 Proceedings for remuneration of trustees for whom charges have been paid out under repealed Act

This section applies if— before the commencement, charges were paid out of trust property to a trustee under the repealed Act, section 101(2); and after the commencement, the trustee starts a proceeding under section 160. Section 160 applies in relation to the proceeding as if the reference in section 160(2) to professional charges paid out of the trust property to the trustee under section 159 included a reference to charges paid out of the trust property to the trustee under the repealed Act, section 101(2). (sec.282-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, charges were paid out of trust property to a trustee under the repealed Act, section 101(2); and after the commencement, the trustee starts a proceeding under section 160. (sec.282-ssec.2) Section 160 applies in relation to the proceeding as if the reference in section 160(2) to professional charges paid out of the trust property to the trustee under section 159 included a reference to charges paid out of the trust property to the trustee under the repealed Act, section 101(2).

• (a) before the commencement, charges were paid out of trust property to a trustee under the repealed Act, section 101(2); and
• (b) after the commencement, the trustee starts a proceeding under section 160.
