sec.259 Payment for deposit of documents for safe custody before commencement

This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, any sum payable in respect of the deposit by a trustee of a document under the repealed Act, section 49 had not been paid. The repealed Act, section 49 continues to apply in relation to the payment of the sum as if this Act had not been enacted.
