sec.231 Powers etc. of existing trustees appointed under repealed Act, s 12
The reference in section 26(1) to a person appointed under part 3, division 2 as a trustee of trust property is taken to include a reference to a person— who was appointed as a trustee of trust property under the repealed Act, section 12; and whose appointment was still in effect immediately before the commencement.
- (a) who was appointed as a trustee of trust property under the repealed Act, section 12; and
- (b) whose appointment was still in effect immediately before the commencement.
