sec.211 Duty of trustee in relation to application of property cy pres
This section applies to the trustee of a charitable trust if the circumstances permit the trust property to be applied cy pres. The trustee has a duty to secure the effective use of the trust property for charitable purposes by making an appropriate application under this division or otherwise to have the property applied cy pres.
