sec.208 Appeal against decision to approve scheme
If the Attorney-General decides under section 205 to approve the scheme, a person aggrieved by the decision may appeal against the decision to the Supreme Court. The appeal must be started within 28 days after the day public notice of the decision to approve the scheme is given under section 206 . (sec.208-ssec.1) If the Attorney-General decides under section 205 to approve the scheme, a person aggrieved by the decision may appeal against the decision to the Supreme Court. (sec.208-ssec.2) The appeal must be started within 28 days after the day public notice of the decision to approve the scheme is given under section 206 .
