sec.186 Definitions for division
In this division— apprehended decision see section 187 (1) (b) (ii) . relevant decision see section 187 (1) (b) (i) . relevant power , in relation to a trustee or another person, means a power in relation to trust property or a trust that— is conferred on the trustee or other person under this Act or otherwise; and must be exercised in a fiduciary capacity.
