sec.181 Persons who may apply for order
An application for an order under section 179 or 180 in relation to a trust may be made by— any trustee of the trust; or any person beneficially interested in the trust property.
- (a) any trustee of the trust; or
- (b) any person beneficially interested in the trust property.
