sec.159 Remuneration of professional trustees
A professional trustee for whom no benefit or remuneration is provided in the trust instrument is entitled to charge, and to be paid out of the trust property, the trustee’s professional charges in relation to the trust. This section applies subject to an express contrary intention in the trust instrument.
