sec.153 Protection for purchasers and mortgagees
A purchaser or mortgagee paying or lending an amount to a trustee on a sale or mortgage of trust property is not required to inquire into— whether the amount is needed or is not more than is needed; or whether the trustee has power to effect the sale or mortgage; or how the amount is applied.
