##### 91. Periodic payments, Court may vary amount of
Without limiting any other powers of the Court, it is hereby declared that the Court may, on the application of any trustee or of any person beneficially interested under the trust, by order, vary from time to time the amount of any payment (whether by way of annuity or otherwise) being made periodically to any beneficiary, if the Court is of opinion, having regard to all the circumstances of the case, that it is just and equitable that the amount be varied.
