Trustee may sue himself in a different capacity Notwithstanding any rule of law or practice to the contrary, a trustee of any property in that capacity may sue, and be sued by, himself in any other capacity whatsoever, including his personal capacity; but in every such case the trustee shall obtain the directions of the Court in which the proceedings are taken, as to the manner in which the opposing interests are to be represented.
