##### 17. Trust funds, investment of A trustee may, unless expressly prohibited by the instrument creating the trust — (a) invest trust funds in any form of investment; and (b) at any time, vary an investment or realize an investment of trust funds and reinvest money resulting from the realization in any form of investment.
