##### 100. Indemnity to persons acting under this Act etc. This Act, and every order purporting to be made under this Act, is a complete indemnity to every bank, company, society, association or person for any acts done pursuant thereto, and it is not necessary for any bank, company, society, association or person to inquire concerning the propriety of the order, or whether the Court had jurisdiction to make it.
