3 Interpretation
> > (1) In this Act, unless the contrary intention appears:
> >
> > Corporation has the same meaning as in the [Corporations Act 2001](http://www.legislation.gov.au/) of the Commonwealth.
> >
> > Court means Supreme Court.
> >
> > Manager includes general manager and acting manager.
> >
> > Minor means a person under the age of 18 years.
> >
> > Regulations means regulations under this Act.
> >
> > Related corporation of a body corporate means a body corporate that is related to that body corporate within the meaning of section 50 of the [Corporations Act 2001](http://www.legislation.gov.au/) of the Commonwealth.
> >
> > Trustee company means a licensed trustee company within the meaning of Chapter 5D of the [Corporations Act 2001](http://www.legislation.gov.au/) of the Commonwealth.
>
> > (2) The powers conferred on trustee companies by this Act shall be in addition to and not in derogation of any powers conferred on trustee companies or on executors administrators or trustees by any other Act or the [Corporations Act 2001](http://www.legislation.gov.au/) of the Commonwealth.
>
> > (3)–(9) (Repealed)
>
> > (10) Unless the contrary intention appears, words and expressions used in this section have the same meanings as they have in the [Corporations Act 2001](http://www.legislation.gov.au/) of the Commonwealth.
>
> > (11) A note included in this Act does not form part of this Act.
>
