#### 15 Power to appoint trustee company to discharge duties of executor etc 15 Power to appoint trustee company to discharge duties of executor etc > It shall be lawful for the Court, on the application of any executor or administrator acting under any probate or letters of administration granted either before or after the commencement of this Act, to appoint a trustee company, either alone or jointly with any other corporation or person, to be administrator in his or her place or stead, and thereupon the company shall have the same powers and authorities as if it had been the original executor or administrator as the case may be; and in every such case the capital, both paid and unpaid, and all other assets of the trustee company, and the directors, manager and assistant manager thereof and their respective estates shall be individually and collectively liable for the due administration during the respective tenure of their respective offices of the estates of which the trustee company is so appointed administrator. > > **s 15:** Am 1972 No 45, Sch.
