54 Vesting order in place of conveyance by minor or mortgagee with mental illness Where any person entitled to or possessed of any property by way of mortgage is a minor or a patient within the meaning of the **Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022** the Court may make an order vesting or releasing or disposing of the property in like manner as in the case of a trustee under like disability.
