98 Money or securities (1) The payment of money or securities into court shall be subject to rules of court. (2) The receipt or certificate of the registrar of the Supreme Court or other proper officer shall be a sufficient discharge to anyone for money or securities paid into court. (3) Money or securities paid into court shall, subject to rules of court, be dealt with according to the orders of the Supreme Court. (4) The Supreme Court may make such order as it thinks fit as to the investment, payment or distribution of money or securities paid into court, or the dividends or income of them.
