84 Sale of child’s property (1) Where any property is held in trust for a child, the Supreme Court may authorise the trustee to sell the whole or any part of the property. (2) The authority shall be given on such terms and subject to such provisions and conditions as the Supreme Court may think fit. (3) The Supreme Court may confer upon the trustee such powers as appear necessary or proper for the purpose, including power to concur with any other person. (4) This section applies whether the trust is for the child solely or together with any other person, and whether the interest of the child is or is not in possession.
