80 Trustees of charities The powers conferred by this Act as to vesting orders may be exercised for vesting any property in any trustee of a charity or society over which the Supreme Court would have jurisdiction in a proceeding duly instituted, whether the appointment of the trustee was made by instrument under a power or by the court under its general or statutory jurisdiction.
