74 Mortgagee under disability
Where any person entitled to or possessed of property by way of
mortgage is a person with a legal disability, the Supreme Court may
make a vesting order vesting, releasing or disposing of the property,
with the right to transfer or call for a transfer of property, or to receive
the dividends or income, or to sue for or recover property or any
interest in property, in like manner as in the case of a trustee with a
legal disability.
