68Registration

68 Registration (1) An instrument by which a trust or the right to consent to the exercise of a trust or power is delegated shall be deemed not to be registered for this Act unless it has been registered under the Registration of Deeds Act 1957. (2) This section extends to a delegation, whether under this part or under the provisions of the instrument creating the trust or power or otherwise, and whether the trust or power does or does not relate to land under the Land Titles Act 1925. (3) This section extends to a consent to a delegation.
