62 Notice affecting a trustee (1) A trustee acting for more than 1 trust or estate is not affected by notice of anything in relation to a particular trust or estate if the trustee has notice of it only because the trustee acts for another trust or estate. (2) This section does not apply if the trustee is fraudulent.
