6 Power of trustee to invest
[Section 6 Amended by 25 Geo. V No. 78 ][Section 6 Substituted by No. 64 of 1997, s. 4, Applied:01 Apr 1998] A trustee, unless expressly forbidden by the instrument creating the trust, may –
(a) invest trust funds in any form of investment; and
(b) at any time, vary an investment or realise an investment of trust funds and reinvest money resulting from the realisation in any form of investment.
