Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This one-off 1910 law let the federal government borrow up to £500,000 from a special Trust Fund into the Consolidated Revenue Fund (deemed transferred 30 June 1910), credited to States by population and to be repaid by 30 June 1911 with repayment money formally set aside. It was a temporary cash‑flow measure to bridge short-term obligations, not a permanent change to financing rules.
