sec.15 Trust account cash book entries to be posted to ledger account
A trustee must ensure that each entry in the trust account cash book is posted to the trust ledger account for the person on whose behalf the trust moneys are received or paid within 2 days after the day the trust moneys are received or paid. Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
