15 Failure to comply with order
(1) A person must not fail to comply with any requirement imposed on the person by an order under Part 2 or 2A.
Maximum penalty—1,000 penalty units.
(2) Proceedings for an offence under subsection (1) may be taken before the Court in its summary jurisdiction.
