62 Appropriation

The Consolidated Revenue Fund is appropriated to the extent necessary for the payment of: (a) amounts payable for provision of treatment under this Act (including amounts payable by way of reimbursement under subsection 14(4)); and (b) costs the Commission has accepted financial responsibility for as mentioned in section 15; and (c) travelling expenses payable under Part 3; and (d) pharmaceutical supplement under Part 4.
