60 Recovery of overpayments of pharmaceutical supplement
(1) This section applies if a person has been paid an amount of pharmaceutical supplement under Part 4 that should not have been paid. (2) The amount is recoverable, in a court of competent jurisdiction, as a debt due to the Commonwealth from: (a) the person; or (b) the estate of that person. (3) The amount may be deducted from an amount that is payable to the person under this Act.
