sec.19 Implementing and complying with a plan
A SISTO entity must implement the risk management plan for the SISTO as soon as possible after the plan is prepared. Maximum penalty—50 penalty units. A SISTO entity must take all reasonable steps to ensure each person who has an obligation to comply with the risk management plan for the SISTO complies with it. Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
