88 Withdrawal or variation of transport safety undertaking

(1) An accredited bus operator who has made a transport safety undertaking may withdraw or vary the undertaking with the written agreement of Safe Transport Victoria.

(2) However, the provisions of the undertaking cannot be varied to provide for a different alleged contravention of a transport safety law.
