85 When a transport safety undertaking is enforceable
A transport safety undertaking takes effect and becomes enforceable—
S. 85(a) amended by Nos 41/2019 s. 62, 34/2023 s. 127(Sch. 1 item 18.22(a)).
(a) when the Chief Executive of Safe Transport Victoria's decision to accept the undertaking is given to the accredited bus operator who made the undertaking; or
S. 85(b) amended by No. 34/2023 s. 127(Sch. 1 item 18.22(b)).
(b) at any later date specified by the Chief Executive of Safe Transport Victoria.
