Safe Transport Victoria must give the accredited bus operator seeking to make a transport safety undertaking written notice of—
S. 84(a) amended by No. 34/2023 s. 127(Sch. 1 item 18.21(b)).
(a) Safe Transport Victoria's decision to accept or reject the undertaking; and
(b) the reasons for the decision.
